Size: 50x47 cm (20x19 inches)
consists of three layers (totally 7 mm thickness). The underlying first and second layers are cut with the laser from 3 mm MDF (medium-density fiberboard) plate. The upper layer is very shiny 1.2 mm acrylic which has a gold/silver plated mirror effect.
It can be easily hanged with a single nail. Few tiny nails will be provided.
This proportion of the size is perfectly calculated according to the thickness and flexibility of the wood.

Cleaning Instructions:
Please clean with a dry and soft cloth. Never wipe with a wet cloth using water, alcohol, or any other chemical liquids. Since it has a very glossy surface, it is recommended not to touch the front surface to prevent fingerprints.

Shipping
ANY STOCK ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED IN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS. CUSTOM ITEMS MAY TAKE UP TO MINIMUM 20 DAYS FOR PRODUCTION.
- DHL or Fedex tracking will be emailed to customer when item is shipped.
- It is customers' responsibility to track items and monitor delivery.

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for return and exchange shipping fees.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
