I had ordered the Large Gold Wall Clock and FedEx had delivered to the wrong house. After contacting Islamic Wall Arts, they were very quick to respond and dispatched a replacement. Great customer service. The wall clock is beautiful. However, the actual clock hands of hours/mins/sec & battery pack were loose and fragile. Have to handle with care until it's mounted on the wall.
