On this page
To have an order at home before the first night of Ramadan 2027 (Sunday evening, February 7), order by Monday, January 18, 2027. For Eid al-Fitr (expected Tuesday, March 9), order by Monday, February 15, 2027. Both dates work for the US, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia and the Gulf, and both come from how long our own orders actually took to arrive last season.
Where these dates come from
Every piece we sell is made to order: production and preparation take 1–5 business days, and then the parcel usually travels by express air. Instead of quoting a carrier's promise, we measured the whole journey on our own orders from last season, from the moment the order was placed to the moment the carrier marked it delivered.
We looked at 1,281 orders placed in six sample weeks between December 15, 2025 and March 6, 2026; 1,127 of them had a recorded delivery date. Here is how long they took, in calendar days:
| Shipping to | Typical order (median) | 9 in 10 orders arrived within | Delivered orders measured |
|---|---|---|---|
| United States | 9 days | 15 days | 678 |
| United Kingdom | 8 days | 14 days | 123 |
| Canada | 8 days | 14 days | 90 |
| Europe (EU, EEA and Switzerland) | 7 days | 14 days | 138 |
| Australia* | 8 days | 15 days | 42 |
| Gulf (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman)* | 9 days | 15 days | 36 |
* Fewer Australian and Gulf parcels carried a delivery scan, so these two rows rest on a smaller sample. Treat them as a guide rather than a promise.
The deadlines at the top take the slowest of these, 15 days, and add at least four days of margin. That margin matters most in the peak: in the week Ramadan 2026 began, the typical US order took 12 days instead of 8, and the extra time was spent in transit, not in our workshop.
Order by date, by occasion
| You want it for | Expected date | Order by |
|---|---|---|
| Countdown calendars, decor up before the month | First night: Sunday, February 7, 2027 | Monday, January 18 |
| The last ten nights | Evening of Saturday, February 27 | Monday, February 8 |
| Eid gifts and Eid table | Eid al-Fitr: Tuesday, March 9 (or March 10) | Monday, February 15 |
| Eid al-Adha | Sunday, May 16 | Monday, April 26 |
Islamic dates are astronomical calculations and can move by a day with the local moon sighting; the full calendar is on our Ramadan dates page.
Order personalized and large pieces at the front of the window
The dates above are the latest safe dates, not the best ones. Two kinds of order should go in earlier:
- Personalized pieces, such as a Ramadan Mubarak stand cut with a family name. Each one is cut to the name you give, so a typo caught late costs a remake.
- Large standing pieces, such as the 102 × 86 cm (40.2 × 33.9″) openwork crescent or a set of three lanterns. They are the pieces you least want to receive the day before.
Last season, nearly two thirds of all our Ramadan orders were placed in the four weeks ending with the first fast. Ordering in the earlier half of that window keeps you clear of the rush.
How shipping and duties work
At the time of writing, checkout offers free express air shipping by FedEx or DHL to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and Qatar. For the UK, Canada and Germany, the express option is listed at checkout as duties and taxes paid. For other destinations, checkout shows the options, any shipping charge and whether duties are included for your address before you pay.
If your tracking has not updated for several days in the peak weeks, write to us before the occasion rather than after it, while there is still time to act.

Everything seasonal is together in our Ramadan and Eid decorations collection, with dimensions listed on every product page.
A note on scope: this page covers ordering and delivery times only. Religious dates are astronomical calculations and may differ by a day from the date announced in your country.
Photographs are of our own products. Delivery times are from our own order records for six sample weeks between December 15, 2025 and March 6, 2026, measured from order placement to the carrier's delivery scan; they describe last season and are not a guarantee for this one.
