A hadith about mothers

The line people buy for their mother

"Heaven lies under the feet of mothers" cut from 1.5–2 mm metal, standing 1.5 cm clear of the wall. One size, 69 × 25 cm.

Three decisions before it ships

  1. Size

One size, 69 × 25 cm, drawn to scale against a sofa below.

  2. Finish

Four finishes — black, gold, silver or copper.

  3. Hanging

One nail through the bracket already fitted to the back.

What is written on it

What the hadith says

The saying quoted whenever a mother’s standing comes up — which is why this one is bought as a gift more often than for the buyer’s own wall.

الْجَنَّةُ تَحْتَ أَقْدَامِ الأمَّهَات

On the standing of mothers

Size & scale

A wide piece is judged against the furniture

At nearly three times wider than it is tall, this sits above a console, a bed or a doorway rather than filling a wall. Drawn below at true scale over a three-seat sofa.

Three-seat sofa · 200 cm (79 in) wide, 82 cm (32 in) high One size · 69 × 25 cm 27.2 × 9.8 in
SizeWidth × height (in)Width × height (cm)Best for
One size27.2 × 9.8″69 × 25 cmAbove a console, a bed, or a doorway — and it travels well as a gift

Match it to the furniture, not the wall. A low horizontal piece looks right when it spans roughly two thirds of whatever sits beneath it. Run painter's tape to the full width first and look at it from where you normally sit.

Materials

What it is made of

Material
Metal1.5/2 mm sheet
Wall standoff

Finishing

Craft

The depth is structural, not printed

Cut clean through the sheet so the wall color runs inside the letterforms, and held 1.5 cm proud on its screws, which is where the shadow comes from.

  • The whole line cut from one sheet
  • Letterforms cut clean through, so the wall color becomes part of the artwork
  • Cut edges left clean through the fine strokes of the script
  • The weight and the edge of real metal rather than a printed panel

Why the cut matters. Because the script is cut out of the sheet rather than printed onto it, the wall behind becomes part of the artwork and the piece changes with the light in the room through the day.

Finishes

The finishes

Four finishes. Black reads hardest against a pale wall; gold, silver and copper each pick up the light differently.

Hadith about mothers metal wall art in black

Black

The sharpest contrast of the set against a pale wall, and the one that reads most clearly from across a room.

Hadith about mothers metal wall art in gold

Gold

Warm and bright, and the one that reads best against off-white and cream walls.

Hadith about mothers metal wall art in silver

Silver

Cool and quiet, and the easiest to place in a room that already has chrome or glass in it.

Hadith about mothers metal wall art in copper

Copper

The warmest of the set, and the one that reads best against green, clay or deep neutral walls.

Hanging it

One nail, once the line is marked

A wide piece shows every degree of tilt, so mark the line rather than judging it by eye.

  1. Lay it down and measure to the bracket

Set it face up and measure from the left edge to the bracket. That single number is the whole job.

  2. Pencil one level line

Mark a light horizontal line at bracket height, centered on the furniture below rather than on the wall as a whole.

  3. Tape the width, then hang

Painter's tape to the full width shows you the position from across the room. Hang it and check it against the line.

  • Mounting bracket already fitted to the back
  • Assembly tools included
  • Ships ready to hang; no frame, glass or backing board to fit
  • Packed with corner protection for transit

Where it goes

The walls it was sized for

Above the sofa

The wall this was designed for, spanning roughly two thirds of the seat beneath it.

Dining and console walls

A long, low piece sits naturally over a sideboard or a dining table, where a tall piece would crowd the ceiling.

Entryway and hallway

Cut work keeps a corridor from feeling closed in, because the wall reads through the letterforms.

Care

Keeping it as it arrived

Dry cloth only

A soft, dry cloth along the length of the script. Nothing abrasive.

No cleaners

Alcohol, glass cleaner and polish will mark a finished metal surface. A barely damp cloth, dried at once, is enough.

Away from damp

An indoor piece. Keep it off bathroom walls and away from a kitchen extractor.

Choose your size and finish

One size, and the finish is the rest of the decision. Tape the width on the wall first — it is the only measurement that matters.

Frequently Asked Questions

This Hadith emphasizes that serving and honoring one's mother is a direct path to Paradise. It transforms a domestic relationship into a spiritual obligation, teaching that the 'feet' represent the humility and service a child should offer. Displaying this art serves as a constant reminder to treat mothers with the highest degree of compassion.

Yes. Most scholars agree that displaying Hadith is a beautiful way to maintain Dhikr and decorate the home with prophetic wisdom. According to teachings from reputable sources like the Islamic Bulletin, the goal should be to inspire action and remembrance of Allah's commands regarding parents.

The most respectful placement is in a clean, high-traffic area—often the living room or a hallway leading to the heart of the home. It should be hung at an elevated level, above eye level, to show honor to the Prophet's (PBUH) words and to ensure it is the first thing family members see.

Electro-coating involves a chemical process that bonds the finish to the metal surface. Unlike standard spray paint, which can bubble or peel, this process creates a durable, rust-resistant, and flawless surface. This ensures your Hadith art remains a radiant family heirloom for decades without fading.

Both of the products require a production cycle in our Turkey facility. Once shipped, we use express couriers to deliver your order within 3-7 business days, ensuring your spiritual decor arrives safely and swiftly.

If you move, the art should be handled with care and wrapped in clean materials. If you no longer wish to display a piece containing sacred text, it should be gifted to another Muslim, donated to a Masjid, or disposed of according to Islamic guidelines, which typically involve burying the text respectfully.

No. Our products are manufactured in Turkey using high-grade materials and specialized finishes designed for longevity. The coating is resistant to moisture and indoor wear, so it will stay as vibrant as the day you unboxed it. We recommend using a soft, dry microfiber cloth for occasional dusting.

It is highly respectful and encouraged to place this verse in a bedroom as long as the environment remains clean and dignified. Many children choose to hang this in their mother's room as a gift of appreciation, fostering an atmosphere of love and spiritual connection.

Every design is vetted by expert calligraphers to ensure 100% accuracy in the script and Tashkeel (voweling). We ensure that the artistic flow never compromises the integrity of the Prophet's (PBUH) words. With over 27,000 orders fulfilled, scriptural accuracy is a core pillar of our brand.

Absolutely. Our 24/7 support team is trained in both product technicals and Islamic etiquette. We understand the sensitivity of handling sacred texts and can guide you on everything from installation heights to the specific context of the Hadith you are purchasing.

The screws in the metal wall art are for the hanging bracket on the back and for the blind feet to provide a 3D view. Never attempt to remove them.

Metal products can be used outdoors, but are not recommended for direct rain, moisture or sunlight.

Yes, it can be done. First, confirm with customer service whether this is possible. If our designer approves, you will receive a custom order payment link.

Our products are made by hand, using labor-intensive techniques. Some minor defects are within the limits, and we indicate this in the listing details. If you detect a defect that exceeds the limits, contact customer service.

It will not darken unless exposed to moisture in normal indoor environments. We do not recommend protecting it from moisture or exposure to rain or direct sunlight outdoors.

We do not recommend any chemical products. You can remove dust with a slightly damp cloth.
