Ayat al-Kursi and the Salawat

The Throne Verse and the Salawat, cut as a pair

Ayat al-Kursi and the Allahumma Salli and Barik dua, cut from polished metal as two matched round pieces. Widths from 49 to 90 cm, with the Kursi piece the taller of the two.

Three decisions before it ships

  1. Size

Three sizes. The pair runs 49, 70 or 90 cm wide, with the Kursi piece taller than the Salawat at each.

  2. Finish

Six combinations across gold, silver and black — the inner script and the outline are specified separately.

  3. Hanging

Two round pieces, ready to use on delivery. Centers and the gap are the measurements that matter.

What is written on it

The Throne Verse, and the dua for the Prophet

Ayat al-Kursi in full on one piece and the Salawat on the other — the two most often recited together, which is why they are cut as a pair.

“Allah! There is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of [all] existence. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is [presently] before them and what will be after them, and they encompass not a thing of His knowledge except for what He wills. His Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation tires Him not. And He is the Most High, the Most Great.”

Al-Baqarah 2:255, with Allahumma Salli and Barik

Craft

The depth is structural, not printed

Both pieces are cut from polished metal, brought to their shine on the metal itself rather than under a sprayed coating. The letterforms go clean through, so the wall color runs inside the script.

  • A matched pair, the Kursi piece taller than the Salawat
  • Letterforms cut clean through, so the wall color becomes part of the artwork
  • A polished metal face, so the reflection has the depth of real metal
  • Cut edges left clean through the fine strokes of the script

On the shiny finishes. The shine is the metal itself rather than a printed sheen, so the reflection carries depth and the piece changes with the light in the room through the day.

Finishes

The finishes

Six combinations. The two-tone options bring the script forward and let the outline sit back; the single-tone ones read as one object.

Ayatul Kursi and Salawat shiny metal pair in in shiny gold out black

In Shiny Gold Out Black

Polished metal. The script in shiny gold inside a black surround, so the calligraphy carries the eye and the frame holds back — the shiny gold throws the most light back into the room.

Ayatul Kursi and Salawat shiny metal pair in in shiny silver out black

In Shiny Silver Out Black

Polished metal. The script in shiny silver inside a black surround, so the calligraphy carries the eye and the frame holds back — the shiny silver lifts a wall that sits away from a window.

Ayatul Kursi and Salawat shiny metal pair in in shiny gold out shiny silver

In Shiny Gold Out Shiny Silver

Polished metal. Gold script within a silver outline. The calligraphy comes forward and the frame stays back.

Ayatul Kursi and Salawat shiny metal pair in in shiny silver out shiny gold

In Shiny Silver Out Shiny Gold

Polished metal. The reverse. The outline leads, and the script sits cool inside it.

Ayatul Kursi and Salawat shiny metal pair in full shiny gold

Full Shiny Gold

Polished metal. Both parts in gold. The warmest of the four, and the one that reads best against a dark or deep-toned wall.

Ayatul Kursi and Salawat shiny metal pair in full shiny silver

Full Shiny Silver

Polished metal. Both parts in silver. Cooler and quieter, and the easiest to place in a room that already has chrome or glass in it.

Hanging it

Center both, then set the gap

A round piece has no top edge to level against, which makes the pair forgiving — as long as the two centers sit at the same height.

  1. Find the center, not the top

A circle has no top edge to level against, so mark the center point on the wall — about 150 cm up — and hang to that.

  2. Tape the diameter first

Painter's tape across the full width shows how much wall it will take. A circle reads larger than a rectangle of the same width.

  3. Hang and step back

Hook it on, then walk to the far side of the room. A circle sitting slightly off-center shows more than a rectangle hung slightly crooked.

  • Packed with corner protection for transit

Where it goes

Where it goes

Above a console or mantel

A circle centers on a wall without needing clear width either side, which is what makes it work over furniture.

The prayer corner

It sits at standing eye level and holds its shape when seen from an angle.

Stairwell and entry

A round piece carries a tall, awkward wall better than a rectangle, because there is no edge to fight the staircase line.

Against the alternatives

This pieceCommonly sold alternatives

FinishesSix to choose fromUsually one fixed color
The textBoth texts, cut as a matched pairOften an excerpt rather than the whole text

Care

Keeping it as it arrived

Dry cloth only

A soft, dry microfibre cloth. Lift the piece by its edges when you move it, since a polished face shows fingerprints readily.

No cleaners

Alcohol, glass cleaner and polish will cut into a polished metal surface. A barely damp cloth, dried at once, lifts anything a dry cloth will not.

Away from damp

An indoor piece. Keep it off bathroom walls and away from a kitchen extractor, where steady humidity dulls a polished finish.

Choose your size and finish

Sizes to suit the wall, and the finish is the rest of the decision. Tape the diameter first — it is the only measurement that matters.

Frequently Asked Questions

This set brings together the greatest verse of the Qur'an with the most complete form of sending blessings upon the Prophet (PBUH). While Ayatul Kursi establishes the Majesty and Protection of Allah, the Salli & Barik prayers connect the household to the legacy of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) and Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), inviting immense blessings (Barakah) into the home.

The Prophet (PBUH) said, "Whoever sends blessings upon me once, Allah will send blessings upon him tenfold." Having these prayers in 3D calligraphy serves as a constant prompt for the family to recite Salawat, transforming the home into a space filled with Divine mercy, peace, and spiritual light.

Ayatul Kursi is the "pinnacle" of the Qur'an. It serves as a spiritual anchor for the household, providing protection and a deep sense of security. Placing it alongside the Salawat creates a balanced display of "Tawhid" (Oneness of God) and "Risalah" (Prophethood), which are the two pillars of a believer's life.

Absolutely. By placing these pieces in a prayer room or a quiet corner of the lounge, they act as a "visual sanctuary." The intricate curves of the 3D script help draw the mind away from worldly distractions and toward the beautiful words of praise and protection recited in every Salah.

Gifting the Salli & Barik prayers alongside Ayatul Kursi is a gesture of wishing the recipient a life defined by Divine protection and the intercession of the Prophet (PBUH). Its premium 3D finish and deep theological meaning make it a high-end, heart-centered gift that will be cherished for generations.

Our Metal sets are laser-cut from high-strength steel and finished with a premium powder coating for a modern, textured look. Our Wood/Acrylic sets are made with a 6 mm MDF base topped with 1.2 mm mirrored acrylic, providing a high-gloss, reflective finish and a total 3D thickness of roughly 7 mm.

Our metal pieces are designed with integrated elevation screws that stand the art 2 cm away from the wall. This allows light to pass behind the calligraphy, creating beautiful shadows that give the sacred words a deep, three-dimensional presence on your wall.

To maintain the "liquid metal" shine, use only a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe away dust. You should strictly avoid using water, window cleaners, or chemicals, as a simple dry dusting is the best way to keep the acrylic surface scratch-free and brilliant.

No. Whether you choose the metal or the wood/acrylic version, the hanging mechanisms are almost invisible on the back. This ensures a clean, seamless look where the focus remains 100% on the beautiful Arabic calligraphy, giving the impression that the words are elegantly floating.

The Salli & Barik prayers contain many intricate vowel marks (harakat). Our master designers in Turkey verify every single point and curve against the Uthmani script. Using high-precision laser-cutting ensures that every detail is captured with 100% theological accuracy and artistic perfection.

The screws in the metal wall art are for the hanging bracket on the back and for the blind feet to provide a 3D view. Never attempt to remove them.

Metal products can be used outdoors, but are not recommended for direct rain, moisture or sunlight.
