الحمد لله I received my package in a timely fashion. Disappointedly, my item was bent, although the box was labeled "fragile" Apparently, FedEx didn't care, because when I messaged the driver, he just said, "Report it, complain to them." I was very upset about this. Plus I was charged SR44 for the delivery, even though I paid for shipping. The script is cut clean through the steel, so the wall color shows between the letterforms and becomes part of the piece. Screws then hold it a full 2 cm clear of the wall, which is what produces the shadow behind the script as the light moves through the day.

Powder coating asks very little

Dry cloth only

A soft, dry cloth along the length of the script. A baked powder coat is harder than sprayed paint and takes dusting well.

No solvents

Alcohol, glass cleaner and polish will dull the matte surface. If a mark will not lift dry, use a barely damp cloth and dry it at once.

Damp resistant

The powder coat handles humidity better than a painted finish. Give it an indoor wall away from a bathroom or a kitchen extractor and it stays as it arrived.
