Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This applies to both domestic and international orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@islamicwallartstore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs
If your item arrived damaged or defective, or if we sent you the wrong product, we cover the return shipping cost and either replace the item or refund you in full. Exceptions / non-returnable items

Craft

How it is made

What hangs on the wall is the sheet the script was cut out of. That is why the edge stays thin and the line stays straight across the full width — there is nothing behind it holding the shape.

  • Cut from sheet metal, so the script is the material rather than a print laid on it
  • Cut edges left clean through the fine strokes
  • Arrives ready to hang — nothing to put together at the door

Why metal, on a piece that gets used. A key holder is touched every day, which is a different job from a picture on a wall. Metal keeps its shape and its edge under that, and the finish is the surface of the sheet rather than a coat that can chip off a corner.

  1. Pick the height first, center it after

    This is used at arm’s height rather than looked at from the sofa, so the height is the decision. Around 140 cm from the floor falls where most hands already go; the drawing above shows it at exactly that.

  2. Match the fixing to the wall, not to the piece

    It holds a bunch of keys as well as itself. A wall plug in drywall and a masonry plug in brick is the difference between a fixing that lasts and one that works loose over a winter.

  3. Hang it, then load it

    Put the keys on once it is up and look at it again. Anything that shifts under the first load will shift again, and it is a five-minute job now against a repair later.
