Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

الحمد لله I received my package in a timely fashion. Disappointedly, my item was bent, although the box was labeled "fragile" Apparently, FedEx didn't care, because when I messaged the driver, he just said, "Report it, complain to them." I was very upset about this. Plus I was charged SR44 for the delivery, even though I paid for shipping. Nevertheless, الحمد لله I was able to somewhat straighten it, but this was a disappointing first time experience.
