Mark it before you choose. Run painter's tape on the wall to the outer width and height, then stand back to where you normally sit and look at it from there. On a tall piece, hang it with its middle around 150 cm from the floor and the drop does the rest.

The front face is Plexiglas, which is where the shine comes from, and a thin wood part behind it holds the shape flat. The two together are what let the outline read as one clean piece.

A soft, dry cloth. Nothing scouring, and nothing wet.

No solvents

Alcohol and glass cleaner mark a board finish. If a mark will not come off dry, use a barely damp cloth and dry it at once.

Away from damp and direct sun

Wood moves with humidity, so give it an interior wall out of the midday light and away from a bathroom.
