Absolutely gorgeous & better in person than in the picture. Loved it
I fell in love with the product image listed on the website and purchased it as a gift for a friend. However, what I received was not like the image on the site. I contacted customer service and they replied back right away.
The representative was very friendly and went above and beyond to assist me. Even though the final product I received was not what I expected, meaning it was not like the image on the website, it was still a beautiful quality piece. My only suggestion would be to update the product image on the website to reflect the product correctly. This way the product lives up to the customers expectation of what will be received. Overall, the gift was loved. I would purchase from the company again because of the quality of their work and dedication to excellent customer service.
