The Farewell Sermon of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) Framed Islamic Wall Art

The Farewell Sermon

Printed on MDF, with the gold applied over it

UV printed onto MDF, with gold acrylic details applied over the print and a frame around it. Made in one size, 38 × 53 cm.

Two decisions before it ships

  1. Size

Made in one size, 38 × 53 cm, drawn to scale against a sofa below.

  2. Hanging

A framed panel hangs from its frame, so the decision is how high it sits rather than the fixing.

Size & scale

Made in one size, 38 × 53 cm

One size only, 38 × 53 cm. It is 38 cm wide and 53 cm tall, so the height above the furniture is the constraint. It is drawn below at true scale above a three-seat sofa.

Three-seat sofa · 200 cm (79 in) wide, 82 cm (32 in) high One size · 38 × 53 cm 15 × 20.9 in
SizeWidth × height (in)Width × height (cm)Best for
One size15 × 20.9″38 × 53 cmA narrow wall, a prayer corner, or beside a door

Mark it before you choose. Run painter's tape on the wall to the outer width and height, then stand back to where you normally sit and look at it from there. On a tall piece, hang it with its middle around 150 cm from the floor and the drop does the rest.

Craft

A printed text with the gold added on top

The text is UV printed onto the MDF, which is what keeps a passage this long legible at 110 cm, and the gold details are acrylic laid over the print by hand. The frame goes round the whole panel.

  • The full text on one panel
  • The text UV printed onto the MDF, so long passages stay legible at size
  • Gold acrylic details applied by hand over the print
  • A frame around the whole panel

Why it is printed. A passage this long cannot be cut from wood and stay readable, so the text is printed and the gold detail is added on top as acrylic. That is what lets a full text sit on one panel.

Hanging it

One level line, at reading height

A framed panel this wide is hung once and left, so the two minutes spent finding the level line are the whole job.

  1. Measure from the top edge to the fixing

Lay it face up on a clean surface and measure from the top edge down to the fixing on the frame. That one number decides where the nail goes.

  2. Pencil one level line at that height

Mark a light horizontal line, centered on the furniture below rather than on the wall as a whole. On a 110 cm panel a degree off reads from the doorway.

  3. Hang by the frame, and read it once

Lift it by two corners of the frame. Then stand where you will actually read it from — a full text wants to be reachable, not admired from the far wall.

Where it goes

Where it goes

The prayer corner

The wall you face when you lay out the mat, where a single piece is read rather than looked at.

Above a console or a sideboard

It sits over a run of furniture as one object, without needing a second piece to balance it.

A hallway or a study wall

One piece suits the wall you pass or sit facing, where a set would be too much.

★★★★★

“I am absolutely in love with the Last sermon! It is a great reminder of how we should carry on life without our beloved prophet- peace be upon him , being amongst us .”

Care

Keeping it as it arrived

Dry cloth only

A soft, dry cloth across the print, and nothing abrasive on the acrylic detail.

Nothing wet

Water and alcohol both mark the print and will swell MDF underneath.

Away from damp and direct sun

An interior wall out of the midday light and away from a bathroom.

Add it to your cart

One size, one construction. Tape the 38 × 53 cm outline on the wall before you order — a framed panel reads larger on a wall than in a photograph.
