A timeless declaration of faith, sculpted in an elegant arched form.

This handmade stone relief stands out with its distinctive **Triple-Arch Silhouette**. The base features the First Kalimah (Tawheed)—"La ilaha illallah Muhammadur Rasulullah"—carved in bold Geometric Kufic calligraphy, providing a strong foundation for the rising arches above.

The First Kalima, in an arch

Cast in relief, on a stand you fit yourself

The First Kalima, in an arch, cast in relief from solid white stone dust. Made in one size, 20 × 20 cm.

Three decisions before it ships

  1. Size

Made in one size, 20 × 20 cm, drawn to scale against a table below.

  2. Finish

Two finishes — stone or gold-gilding.

  3. In use

A white-painted stand comes in the box. You press it onto the back with the double-sided tape supplied, and it stands on a shelf.

Size in the hand

Made in one size, 20 × 20 cm

One size only, 20 × 20 cm. It is drawn below at true scale against a dining table, which is the honest way to judge it.

Measure the shelf, not the wall. A tabletop piece is judged on the depth of the surface it sits on rather than the width. Measure front to back, and leave enough room that it is not the first thing knocked when someone reaches past it.

Craft

Cast, not carved and not printed

The panel is cast from white stone dust in one piece, so the relief is part of the body rather than carved out of it or printed onto it. It stands upright on a white-painted stand that you press onto the back with the double-sided tape supplied; the casting itself is solid all the way through.

  • Cast solid from white stone dust, with a stick-on stand
  • Cast solid from white stone dust, so the weight is the material rather than a filler
  • The relief is cast in, not carved out or printed on
  • Handmade, so the surface varies a little piece to piece

On cast stone. White stone dust cast solid gives a piece real weight and a matte, slightly open surface — it takes the light the way a wall of a building does rather than the way a coated panel does.

Finishes

The finishes

The casting is the same in every one; what changes is whether the relief is left as bare stone or gilded. Bare stone reads as the material, the gilding picks up the light.

A finish that changes how much the script reflects, and how far forward it sits on the wall.

Using it

Living with it

A piece this heavy is set down once and left, so the two minutes spent deciding where are the whole job.

  1. Fit the stand before anything else

Lay the piece face down, peel the double-sided tape and press the white-painted stand onto the back. Line it up centrally and hold it a few seconds — that is the whole assembly.

  2. Pick a surface that will not flex

Cast stone is heavy for its size, so it wants a fixed shelf, a console or a mantel rather than a stack of books.

  3. Set it back from the edge

A hand’s width in from the front, so it is not the first thing knocked when someone reaches past it.

Where it lives

Where it goes

A console or a sideboard

The run of furniture guests pass, where a piece this size is seen at standing height rather than looked up at.

A shelf or a bookcase ledge

It needs depth rather than width, which is what a shelf has and a wall does not.

A desk or a study table

Close enough to be read at arm’s length, which is the distance the detail is cut for.

Care

Keeping it as it arrived

Dust it dry

A soft, dry brush or cloth. The surface is open, so anything wet sits in it rather than wiping off.

Nothing acidic

Vinegar and household cleaners etch cast stone. Water alone, sparingly, if a mark will not brush off.

Set it down, do not slide it

It is heavy enough to mark a wooden surface if dragged. Lift it with two hands.

Pick yours

One size, one construction. Check the depth of the shelf it is going on — cast stone is heavier than it looks and wants to sit well back.

Frequently Asked Questions

The First Kalima is the 'Key to Jannah.' Scholars from the Islamic Bulletin note that its presence in a home creates an environment of 'Tawhid' (Oneness). It acts as a spiritual anchor, reminding the residents to align every action with the pleasure of Allah and the example of the Prophet (PBUH).

Yes, it is highly encouraged as a form of 'Dhikr' (remembrance). The key is 'Adab' (etiquette): it must be placed in a clean, elevated position, typically above eye level. It should never be placed near floors, in bathrooms, or in areas where it might be treated with disrespect.

No. Our metal pieces undergo a premium electro-coating process in Turkey. This industrial-grade finish creates a chemical bond that is rust-resistant and tarnish-proof. Whether you choose Gold, Silver, or Black, the finish is designed to maintain its brilliant, mirror-like luster for decades.

The most traditional and respectful locations are the living room foyer or a dedicated prayer space (Musallah). Hanging it near the entrance of the home is a powerful way to set the spiritual tone for everyone who enters, reminding them of the foundation of their faith.

Accuracy is treated as a sacred 'Amanah' (trust). Every piece is designed in Turkey and cross-referenced with the Uthmani. Master calligraphers meticulously verify every 'Nuqta' (dot) and 'Haraka' (vowel mark) to ensure the divine words are perfectly preserved.

Our wood art offers a warm, 3D organic feel that brings a traditional aesthetic. Our metal art features a sleek, high-end finish with industrial durability. Both materials are handcrafted in our Turkish workshop to ensure museum-quality standards.

Yes, it is common to hang it in a bedroom as a source of peace and a reminder to make the Kalima one's final thought before sleep. Ensure it is mounted securely and high on the wall to maintain the respect due to the declaration of faith.

Treat the art with the same respect as a Mushaf. We recommend using a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently remove dust. Avoid water or chemical cleaners, as they are unnecessary for our premium finishes and could potentially dull the luster over time.

Our metal art is engineered to be sturdy yet lightweight. Most pieces are designed to be hung with a single nail. They often feature built-in spacers that allow the art to sit 1.5 cm away from the wall, creating a beautiful 3D shadow effect that adds depth to the script.

Turkey is the historical heart of Islamic calligraphy. By manufacturing in our Turkish workshop, we employ craftsmen who have inherited centuries of artistic tradition. This ensures that the proportions of every letter are aesthetically and scripturally perfect, a quality mass-produced items cannot match.

Our Islamic Stone Decors are made out of hand-cast Stone and Dust mixture.

Our Stone Tabletops are sent along with a metal stand which could be placed on the backside with no hassle, ensuring its stability while placed on your shelves or tables.

Our Islamic Stone Decors could be cleaned with a dry microfiber cloth. We do not suggest the application of any chemicals on them.

Definitely! You may use our stone-cast decors at any time of the year as you wish. They are a great choice for Ramadan, Eid and for your personal occasions.
