Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for return and exchange shipping fees.

Each panel is 6 mm MDF with a 1.2 mm acrylic face layered over it — 7 mm in total. The drop is cut as a silhouette rather than framed, so the wall color shapes the outline.

Alcohol and glass cleaner will haze acrylic. If a mark will not lift dry, use a barely damp cloth and dry it at once.
