The three phrases of tasbih

Subhanallah, Alhamdulillah, Allahu Akbar

The three phrases of tasbih in Kufic, cut from 1.5–2 mm steel and electrostatically powder painted. Sizes are per piece, from 30 to 90 cm square, in black, gold, silver or copper.

Three decisions before it ships

  1. Size

Four sizes per piece, 30 to 90 cm square — and three pieces in every set.

  2. Finish

Four colors in an electrostatic powder paint.

  3. Hanging

Ready to hang, and one nail through the bracket carries each piece.

What is written on it

The three phrases, in order

The three said after prayer and counted on the fingers. One phrase to a piece, which is what makes the set a set rather than three separate purchases.

سُبْحَانَ اللهِ · الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ · اللهُ أَكْبَرُ

“Glory be to Allah · All praise is due to Allah · Allah is the Greatest”

Subhanallah · Alhamdulillah · Allahu Akbar

Size & scale

The table is one square; the set is three of them

Each figure below is a single piece. The drawing shows all three side by side at true scale, a finger-width apart, with the smaller sizes nested inside the end square.

Three-seat sofa · 200 cm (79 in) wide, 82 cm (32 in) high · pieces drawn 2.5 cm apart XL · 90 × 90 cm each 35.4 × 35.4 in L · 67 × 67 cm each 26.4 × 26.4 in M · 47 × 47 cm each 18.5 × 18.5 in S · 30 × 30 cm each 11.8 × 11.8 in
SizeWidth × height (in)Width × height (cm)Best for
S11.8 × 11.8″30 × 30 cmA shelf ledge, a kitchen wall, or a narrow run above a door
M18.5 × 18.5″47 × 47 cmA prayer corner, or a hallway run of three small squares
L26.4 × 26.4″67 × 67 cmAbove a console or a sideboard — the size most chosen
XL35.4 × 35.4″90 × 90 cmA full feature wall, read from across an open-plan room

Tape the whole outline first. A set needs its total footprint marked, not each piece measured — run painter's tape around the full width and height, stand back to where you normally sit, and judge it from there.

Craft

The depth is structural, not printed

Each phrase is cut clean through 1.5–2 mm steel, so the wall color fills the counters of the Kufic script. The powder paint is applied electrostatically and baked, which keeps the surface even across all three pieces.

  • Kufic squared script, cut through the steel
  • Letterforms cut clean through, so the wall color becomes part of the artwork
  • Electrostatic powder coating, baked on for a hard, even surface
  • No odour and no harmful substances

A coating that is baked, not sprayed. Powder is applied electrostatically and then cured, which gives a harder and more even surface than a sprayed paint and holds its color without yellowing.

Finishes

The finishes

Four colors in the same electrostatic powder paint. Black reads as a silhouette on a pale wall; gold and copper warm a lamp-lit room; silver stays cool.

Subhanallah Alhamdulillah Allahu Akbar Kufic metal set in black

Black

The sharpest contrast of the set against a pale wall, and the one that reads most clearly from across a room.

Subhanallah Alhamdulillah Allahu Akbar Kufic metal set in gold

Gold

Warm and bright, and the one that reads best against off-white and cream walls.

Subhanallah Alhamdulillah Allahu Akbar Kufic metal set in silver

Silver

Cool and quiet, and the easiest to place in a room that already has chrome or glass in it.

Subhanallah Alhamdulillah Allahu Akbar Kufic metal set in copper

Copper

The warmest of the set, and the one that reads best against green, clay or deep neutral walls.

Hanging it

Three squares, one line, even gaps

Three matching squares read as one composition when they share a level line and the gaps match. Set the spacing on the floor first.

  1. Lay the set out on the floor

Arrange every piece exactly as it should read on the wall, with even gaps, then measure the total width and the distance to each fixing.

  2. Mark one shared line

Pencil a single level line on the wall and put every fixing on it. That is what keeps the pieces reading as one composition.

  3. Tape the outline, then work across

Painter's tape to the full outline lets you check the whole arrangement before drilling. Hang from one end and work across, checking each piece against the line.

  • Mounting bracket already fitted to the back
  • Ships ready to hang; no frame, glass or backing board to fit
  • Packed with corner protection for transit

Where it goes

Where the three go

The prayer corner

The wall you face when you lay out the mat. A square centers a small wall without leaning tall or wide.

Above a console or a sideboard

A square sits comfortably over a run of furniture, where it reads as one block rather than a band.

A study or a reading wall

The smaller size holds a narrow wall beside a door or a bookcase, at standing eye level.

Care

Keeping it as it arrived

Dry cloth only

A soft, dry cloth along the length of the script. A baked powder coat is harder than sprayed paint and takes dusting well.

No solvents

Alcohol, glass cleaner and polish will dull a matte surface. If a mark will not lift dry, use a barely damp cloth and dry it at once.

Damp resistant

The powder coat handles humidity better than a painted finish. Give it an indoor wall away from a bathroom or a kitchen extractor.

Choose your size and finish

Four sizes per piece, three pieces on the wall. Tape the whole run first — that is the only measurement that matters.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, it is highly encouraged. Scholars from the Islamic Bulletin state that displaying Dhikr serves as a beneficial reminder to praise Allah. As long as the art is treated with 'Adab' (etiquette)—placed in a clean, elevated position and never in bathrooms or near floors—it is a virtuous way to sanctify your environment.

No. Unlike standard paint, our metal pieces undergo a specialized electro-coating process in Turkey. This creates a chemical bond that is rust-resistant and durable. Even in humid climates, the brilliant luster of your Gold, Silver, or Copper piece will remain vibrant for decades without peeling.

The set includes 'SubhanAllah', 'Alhamdulillah', and 'Allahu Akbar'. Traditionally gifted by the Prophet (PBUH) to his daughter Fatima (RA), these phrases are a source of spiritual strength. Having them visible encourages the family to engage in constant praise, which is known to invite 'Barakah' (blessings) and ward off stress.

The most appropriate areas are the living room, foyer, or a dedicated prayer space. These are high-traffic areas where the reminder is most effective. Always ensure the art is hung high—at least above shoulder level—as a mark of honor for the Names and Words of Allah.

Precision takes time. Both our wooden and metal Islamic arts require 3-7 business days because of the multi-stage production: high-precision laser cutting followed by the industrial electro-coating and hand-finishing stages in our Turkish facility to ensure a flawless, museum-quality surface.

Handle the art with 'Wudu' (ablution) if possible. Wrap the pieces in a clean cloth to prevent the script from touching the ground or getting scratched. When reinstalling, ensure the new location is clean and elevated, maintaining the same level of 'Adab' as in your previous home.

Absolutely. The dining area is an excellent location for 'Alhamdulillah' (All praise is due to Allah). it serves as a constant reminder for the family to recognize Allah as the Provider (Ar-Razzaq) and to express gratitude for the sustenance provided at every meal.

Yes, we use traditional scripts like Thuluth and Kufic, meticulously checked for accuracy against available important sources. Every 'Nuqta' (dot) and 'Haraka' (vowel mark) is perfectly placed to ensure the spiritual and linguistic integrity of the sacred text is preserved.

Our metal art is engineered to be sturdy yet lightweight. Most sets are designed to be hung with a single nail per piece. They often feature built-in spacers that allow the art to sit 1.5 cm away from the wall, creating a beautiful 3D shadow effect that adds depth to the calligraphy.

Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe the surface. Avoid water or chemical cleaners, as they are unnecessary for our premium finishes and could dull the luster. Approaching the cleaning process with a sense of 'Ibada' (worship) turns a simple chore into a respectful act of devotion.

The screws in the metal wall art are for the hanging bracket on the back and for the blind feet to provide a 3D view. Never attempt to remove them.

Metal products can be used outdoors, but are not recommended for direct rain, moisture or sunlight.

Yes, it can be done. First, confirm with customer service whether this is possible. If our designer approves, you will receive a custom order payment link.

Our products are made by hand, using labor-intensive techniques. Some minor defects are within the limits, and we indicate this in the listing details. If you detect a defect that exceeds the limits, contact customer service.

It will not darken unless exposed to moisture in normal indoor environments. We do not recommend protecting it from moisture or exposure to rain or direct sunlight outdoors.

We do not recommend any chemical products. You can remove dust with a slightly damp cloth.
