Mark it before you choose. Run painter's tape on the wall to the outer width and height, then stand back to where you normally sit and look at it from there. On a tall piece, hang it with its middle around 150 cm from the floor and the drop does the rest.

The depth is structural, not printed

The script is cut clean through the steel and the dome silhouette is cut as its own outline, so the wall shows through both. Two tones can then be set against each other, inner against outer.
