A prayer niche cut from MDF with a twelve-pointed star at the head of the arch, in five sizes from 24 × 50 cm up to 86 × 180 cm.

Mark it before you choose. Run painter's tape on the wall to the outer width and height, then stand back to where you normally sit and look at it from there. On a tall piece, hang it with its middle around 150 cm from the floor and the drop does the rest.

The twelve-pointed star is cut clean through the board, so the wall color fills the motif and the arch reads as an opening rather than a panel. The geometry repeats down the sides at the same scale.

A soft, dry cloth. A painted board marks with abrasives, so nothing scouring.

No solvents

Alcohol and glass cleaner will lift paint. If a mark will not come off dry, use a barely damp cloth and dry it at once.
